| Corporations, LLCs, and registered Limited Partnerships doing business in Alaska must continuously maintain a Registered Agent with a physical Alaska street address (a PO Box alone does not qualify). The agent may be an individual resident of Alaska or an entity authorized to do business in Alaska, must be available at that address during normal business hours to accept service of process, and receives official state notices on the entity's behalf.
